Pre-Order Notice

DJM FOLICODE is currently in its pre-order stage. Orders placed during this period will be reserved in sequence and fulfilled once the first batch of inventory becomes available.

The first batch of products is currently expected to begin shipping from our warehouse around July 25.

Please note that this date is an estimated fulfillment timeline and may be adjusted slightly based on final inventory arrival, quality inspection, and warehouse processing.

Order Processing

Once inventory is available, orders will typically be processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation and warehouse readiness.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For pre-order items, shipments are expected to begin from our warehouse around July 25.

After dispatch, estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Once products are in stock, ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days within the United States.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners, including UPS, FedEx, and other reliable carriers, to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and weight.

For oversized, special, or bulk shipments, additional shipping arrangements may apply and will be communicated clearly before fulfillment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Experience
