Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our formulations and commitment to product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Opened or used items
• Final sale items
  

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team with your order details
2. Receive return authorization instructions
3. Return the item using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the product and packaging

We will promptly evaluate and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• Custom or production-stage orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
